Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AppAutopsy (the "Service") operated by Vibe Software LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Account

You sign in via Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You may not share, sell, or transfer your AppAutopsy account or credits to another person.

3. What the Service does

AppAutopsy reads publicly available App Store reviews and metadata for an app you specify, sends them to a large language model for analysis, and presents the result as a report you can save, share, refresh, and export.

4. Credits and payment

  • Use of the Service is metered in credits. 1 credit = 1 report generation or 1 report refresh.
  • Credits are sold in packs via Stripe. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time.
  • Credits do not expire and are not transferable between accounts.
  • If a report generation fails for technical reasons on our side, the credit is automatically refunded.
  • We may grant complimentary credits at our discretion (e.g., promotions, support, refunds in lieu of cash); complimentary credits have no cash value.

5. Refund policy

We offer refunds on unused credits within 7 days of purchase. Used or consumed credits are non-refundable. To request a refund, email support@appautopsy.com with your account email and the order number from your Stripe receipt.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear in 5–10 business days.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate any law or third party's rights.
  • Attempt to access reports or data belonging to other users.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our source code or models.
  • Use automated scripts to generate reports en masse beyond reasonable manual use.
  • Resell or redistribute reports as your own original analysis.
  • Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any developer, publisher, or third party.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its layout, branding, and underlying code are owned by AppAutopsy. Reports you generate are yours to use, share, and adapt — subject to the rights of the original reviewers and app publishers, which remain unchanged.

8. Third-party content

Reports include data sourced from Apple's public App Store feed and from third-party providers (such as Sensor Tower). We do not own this data, and we do not warrant its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Analyses are generated by a large language model and may contain errors or interpretations you disagree with — use them as input, not as a substitute for your own judgment.

9. No warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DATA OR ANALYSIS WILL BE ACCURATE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPAUTOPSY'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; unused credits may be refundable per the Refund Policy above.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change accordingly. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in courts of competent jurisdiction within the United States.
